OK, here's a bit of a different perspective. I think most wives are -- or seem to be -- resistant toward their husbands when they suggest laying another guy. However, I've had several jobs (e.g. telephone repairman, government appraiser) that took me into private houses on a regular basis, often when the wife was home alone. It was my experience that wives tend to be not nearly as resistant when there is little or no chance of anybody finding out about it. So take heart, guys, your wife may have already been laid at some point in your marriage. Sorry you weren't there to witness it.
