Wife & The College Boys Next Door

Hello,

Looking for a story I read awhile back that's told from the husbands POV. Him and his Wife live in a quiet neighborhood and are shocked when the house next door is rented out to I believe either a local fraternity or a group of college kids that either was looking for a bigger place or got kicked out of their old place due to rowdiness, I don't quite remember.

From the get go the wife is at odds with their new neighbors as they have people coming and going at all hours and its destroyed their once quite neighborhood. The Husband doesn't think its that bad and believes the wife is just overreacting. I don't recall if the wife mentions she doesn't like the way they state at her or if the husband overhears them talking about how hot his wife is.

Overtime the wife warms up and becomes friendly with them which at first relieves the husband but hen he starts to question some things and their developing relationship. From here the story goes on where the husbands starts to notice odd behavior from his wife and is determined to find out what is going on.

I'm probably mixing in other stories so if you know of something close or with a similar premise, please let me know.

@donaldelliott11 I checked the story and while the setup is similar, the story I remember didn't have any gay parts for the husband and seemed more like a slow seduction.
