Wife sleeps with housemate

Looking for a story told from the wife's POV where she sleeps with their male housemate. It's a multi-part start that begins with her watching the guy fuck a woman and getting turned on. He then comes on to her and catches her in the bathroom, where he convinces her to blow him by telling her he'll do all the work. She eventually sleeps with him and brags about it to a girlfriend, who gets turned on and joins in for a threesome (if I remember correctly).
