Wife openly likes to show me off

Over the last few years I've let my wife know that I like showing her off when I can, well she has taken to it, both ways. She will let me show her off, sometimes, usually out of town, but she now actively tries to expose me as well. Admittedly, not part of my initial plan.

Last week, she sent me to a new, young female dermatologist, then asked me in front of her single best friends, all about my "skin survey" that was done by two women in the clinic. My wife was super sad that the woman let me keep my underwear on and even asked if the female derm doc "looked down my boxers.".

I'm thinking I'll take the wife next time and strip completely for her when the doc and nurse come in.

In the past, we have both enjoyed my wife's exhibitionist tendencies. I love it when she willingly shows off.
She likes to give me hand jobs when I am driving (I like it too).
We have discussed showing me off and I am so willing to do this. She has said, she is just not sure she could go through with it.
I'm not giving up.
