Sorry for my English, but that is my third language...
If I was good at English, I would write the story on my own.

The focal point of the story is that a couple (husband and wife, in their 30s/40s, both a bit naive, both faithful to eachother, seeking for adventure - not sexually oriented - to make their life a bit more spicy)
They end up gambling.
(Could be a poker game, or a strip poker, could be pool game in a bar...)
At start only their dresses are at stake (or little amount of money if you prefer).
As things progress, the stakes rise up to the point that some intercourse is foreseen.
Of course they loose.
Bottom line:
- he is naked, tied on a chair, forced to watch what is happening;
- she is naked too (perhaps she might have some lingerie on, which "of course" was not intended to be seen by others than her beloved)
The final stake is as follows:
the bad guys will fuck the reluctant wife if her husband gets aroused by the situation
(it's a sort of Damsel in Distress situation, in which hubby has the power to save the honour of his wife)
The bad guys arrange things in a way that while they tie up the wife on a table, legs spread ready for the action, they check if hubby gets aroused by the situation.
If he does, then his wife will be fucked by the bad guys in front of him.
If he does not , and resists, then his wife is safe.
I let you to define a way for measuring hubby's arousal.
