Okay tell me to mind my own business as I am not a marraige guidance councillor. But you said that you moved out a year and a half ago, before moving back. A year and a half is a long time to go without someone to hug, it's not all about sex, a partner needs love and attention be it male or female. By the sounds of it she has told you what she did so that she restarts with a clean sheet. If you truly love her then you must find it in your heart to forgive her and move on.
Her honesty shows that she doesn't want any skeletons to suddenly appear from the closet and ruin what you two are rebuilding.
Maybe she was covering all bases but that may have been because she felt insecure.
Only you know if it is worth forgiving, just remember to err is human to forgive is... well it's something.
I wish you good luck and hope it all works out for you, work being the operative word.
