It's been over 2 1/2 years and it's keeping me awake.

I'm in my 50's, Caucasian, 5'10", 175lbs and clean. I live in the GHA and 45min to KW.

Yes I understand. It's very real. Seems to have started about 2 1/2 years after his passing. It did not start gradually. It's as if it was just sudden. Loosing sleep, staying physically active, taking better care of my health, but hey, I don't know where I stand. Hell I am lost. Screw therapy. They haven't told me what I don't know or figured out on my own. In my sixties in the USA. Taking long drives helps.
