Ok so I need a place to rant for a minute.....

Why is it that people who are fit, and don't have problems staying thin decide to judge and look down on anyone who has a few extra pounds?

Why is it that being a single woman who DOES NOT have a child out of wedlock make it impossible for me to get funding for school? (and no. My family doesn't have money)

Why does it cost so much more to see a doctor without insurance than it does with insurance? Why does everything involved with it cost so much, and why are we willing to pay it?

Why does it feel like everything happens at once?

i know this sounds a bit trite but call in the angels to help
as we have freewill they cant intervene/help/guide without us asking them first- a thought, silent words and/or a loud scream will get their attention.
at the end of the request add a 'now' as time is a manmade concept therefore we need to be specific.

i call upon and i ask my personal angels, the angels of my children and the angels of the school administrators to assist in helping me to easily afford the best education for my family now.

sometimes subtle changes arent easily apparent, but maintain a belief that your call has been heard and all the good of the universe is working very very hard to assist us humans.

it never hurts to say thank you to your angels for their help and unconditional love.

i graciously thank all the beings of light for their valiant efforts in helping me and my family be safe, secure, happy and healthy.

Personally, I don't care if you are fat. But don't sit there and try to excuse yourself from all the bad choices you make that keep you fat. YOU are responsible for being overweight - not genes, not family/partner, not anyone else. YOU!

Funding is available if you're a decent credit risk. And if not, well there is absolutely NOTHING stopping you from getting a job and funding yourself through part-time or night school.

Don't want to pay for a doctor? Go to a community clinic, or get a job with insurance.

I AM working and putting myself through school. And its not fiction. I know several women who even though their own parents had a lot of money, just because they had kids and weren't married (still living with parents too) they got a completely free ride to school. And I work, and put myself through school, and don't take anything from my parents (not that they have anything to contribute) and I can barely get financial aid. The system seems screwy to me.

And I know you would pay more without insurance. I was asking more why there are no caps if you don't have insurance? The doctor can charge whatever the hell he wants, and if you want the service, you have to pay for it.

And I wasn't talking about being OVERWEIGHT or FAT. I was talking about a couple of extra pounds. The difference between a size 6 and an 8. I was asking why people are so quick to judge the actions and motives of others. "Personally, I don't care if you are fat. But don't sit there and try to excuse yourself from all the bad choices you make that keep you fat. YOU are responsible for being overweight - not genes, not family/partner, not anyone else. YOU!" I wasn't trying to excuse myself in any way here. I'm just tired of people judging each other over a couple of pounds.

Oh ffs - nobody judges over 'a couple of pounds'.
Most women I know fluctuate a couple of pounds every month!
But when 'a couple of pounds' actually means '20 to 30 pounds', then yes, you will get judged.

We all need the chance to rant sometimes, nothing wrong with it and sometimes it helps free the mind a bit by just putting the words out.
Of course you will get many replies that will range from the sympathetic to the abusive, but then that is others way of ranting as well.
