Trump had ordered the military aid to be held back at the point even though Congress had appropriated it and the Russian invasion of the Ukraine is killing people. Trump wasn't only extorting the Ukrainian president to prosecute Biden if he wanted the aid to be unblocked, he also was serving the interests of his Russian handlers in keeping the aid from Ukraine as long as he could.

Guliani is Trump's lawyer. He's not the lawyer for "the President" since that's a official government title for an office not a person, he's TRUMP'S lawyer.

As such he can go anywhere to investigate the evidence and the claims against his client. If he can get the clearances, he can even go talk with the Heads of State of foreign nations. Or their justice dept/ministry officials.

He doesn't NEED a security clearance or permission to do so. NOR is it illegal for him to do so. And finally he doesn't need to TELL ANYONE that he did so (except his client). On top of all of that, NO ONE can force him to reveal what he learned absent a Court order.

You dumbfuks seem to think that any time anyone talks to an official of a foreign nation they can only do so if they're an official from the US government. It don't work like that.
