Why try to make a woman reach orgasm?

I'm probably older than most on this site so I can speak with quite a bit of experience.
I know a lot of men only go for their personal satisfaction(Bip-Bam Thank you Mam). I was lucky enough to learn at an early age that giving it my all to make my partner reach at least one orgasm if not more thru foreplay(physical, mental, oral, or what ever it took) before I started to take my satisfaction, it always made it better for me. In fact, with some partners, I needed a seat belt to stay with her.
Even when I cyber, I try to do the same and I find my partner more than willing(in most cases) to go above and beyond to please me.
Is this just in my case or have others found it this way.
I hope you young guys will give it a try and I think you will gain in your sexual pleasures. And you won't have to worry about her knowing you the next time you meet.

well you maybe older that most on this site....but at 44 i learned very early about "satisfaction"...........i dont believe that its a contest on which person "Cums" first but the satifaction that the act was "good" for all involved............Merry Christmas

I didn't mean it should be a contest. I meant that it seemed to me that the more you give, the more you receive and I like to give so it also pays me back in additional pleasure.

I think variety is important, though I find nothing more arousing than a woman's mounting arousal... still, sometimes the foreplay is mostly the eyes and words and there's good reason to go with the flow and get right to some good old-fashioned intercourse.... it's all love-making, foreplay is an artificial concept necessary because without a name for it younger men would thing there was nothing more to sex than insertion.
