Why Romney Is Doomed.

Ed Rollins says Romney pisses off conservatives too much, and theyre not gonna vote for him in November. So Mitt will split the soccer moms with Owebama and lose. Rollins fears Romney's gonna cost the GOP dearly in lost state/local races.

2012 may be the slaughter the GOP needs to cull its ranks of RINOs.

While other consevative talking heads have expressed the same sentiment about Gingrich.

I dunno, I think it's a moot point, and that the only Republican on the ballot is gonna read Nobama to most right leaning voters anyway.

Isn't this your second bite at the apple?

Wasn't Charlie Christ #1?

Reagan.

The meaning of anything is the outcome you get. Ron was King of the RINOs, and the libruls stole the treasury while he slept guarding it.

I don't disagree.

Romney is doomed because his favorability rating with independents has nowhere to go but down. And Obama is a better candidate.

The Dems have to lose the senate because of the math. You can't keep control when you have more than twice as many seats up for re-election as the other guys and can only afford to lose a couple of them. In a few years the seats-for-grab pendulum will swing the other way though. The Dems will pick up several seats in the House and win back a few governorships.

Romney reminds me of (don't laugh right away) John Kerry. Despite their political differences, they've both managed to present themselves as elitists who are out-of-touch with the average American. For whatever reason, both - I think - come across as slightly arrogant and distant, and have failed at being perceived as approachable and in-tune yet strong and capable.

Regardless of who gets the GOP nod, I think it was the Republicans' race to lose....and I think they've given it away. Seriously - are two idiots (both of whom have run for years and both of whom have issues) the best that the party can drum up to oppose Obama?

*sigh*

Conservatives will vote for Obama. I wouldn't put any money on that.

No. Conservatives will stay home if the choice is Owebama or Owebama Lite. Mitt wont get one librul-progressive vote, and he splits the RINOS with Owebama.

Mitts pulling 40% of the GOP vote in Florida, so that means 60% dont want him. Plus no one has endorsed him here that matters.

Yea, but it's Florida which means a majority of the voters won't be able to figure out how to use the voting machines.
