why is there like 4-5 posts per page~

From User CP/Edit options:

"Default Posts per Thread:
Number of posts that are shown on one page of a thread."

Something has change your setting to 5 posts per page from the normal 20 posts/page.

Note, I said something not someone -- It's probablythe result of a garbled cookie when you logged on, or a glitch in the server's memory.
