Why is it so arousing to talk to strangers on Lit about masturbating?

Ah, the mysterious excitement of the unknown. Finding a like minded soul to connect with and be 100% yourself. Letting your imagination define how they look, how they feel and their words of adoration fueling your arousal. To be wanted, no, to be desired, lusted after. Reaching that zenith of pure erotic release together with another person. How gratifying it feels to simply be wanted, to give and receive deep pleasure. If only I had a woman like that...

It seems in our daily grind of life we lose touch with our partners or at the very least don't pay enough attention to make them feel "WANTED". Talking with someone who is encouraging you (me) to enjoy myself ....then add to it that it is enjoy myself sexually....even better! Have fun!

1) I could never feel comfortable talking about masturbating to anyone else outside of Lit. My wife has never liked sex talk even when we were fairly active sexually.
2) The stigma placed on masturbation by the Catholic Church (which I was raised in) has always made it taboo, unless the words "do not" were placed before masturbate or "is a sin" after it. No so, on Lit.
3) Guys in my generation always pretended that we didn’t masturbate. It was looked upon as unmanly, although we secretly expected that we all did. It was only used in a joking manner as a friendly insult.
4) "Sex" with a stranger is always extra arousing. And in the chat on Lit, I'm usually masturbating when I'm talking about it - and, mostly, they too are masturbating, so it's like mutual masturbation.
5) In general, Lit is a "no judgment zone", so I can feel free to talk about it and masturbate away. And I get to share my own "techniques" and hear about ways that others get off. Always looking for pointers.
6) It’s what we do on Lit. While many times, it's more difficult to find chatters about other sexual subjects, you can always find someone willing/eager to chat about masturbating.

It’s taboo (so mild to what we see and share here!) to talk about your sex life and sexuality in general.

But it’s societally taboo.

And we get to talk about freely and in detail here on lit.

And what’s arousing to me, is that we can share it, hear others experiences and try new and different things.

You get to see and ask questions that you would not totally be able to ask friends in our everyday world.

Most of us are sexual people (especially those on lit) so it’s cool to share, and hear stories about what makes you feel good.

Always enjoyable to chat, shooting pics back and forth, building each other up until orgasms ensue

Four letters come to mind when I think about the Catholic church, FOAD! Sorry to offend some of you, but really! Most of the things they say is sinful is enjoyable, leaving me to wonder how frigid all these Catholics were. Get over it! Sex is fun, and for me, jerking off is the best thing ever! Obviously my right hand is my best friend, always there, and always in the mood.
