Why is immigration never discussed as an environmental issue?

Well, I know why, the media and the public dialogue is controlled by vested interests who shape what issues we will discuss and how they will be discussed, but its amazing to me that here it is in 2016 we are up to what about 330 million now, over 100 million newcomers in the last 40 years, and support for even more is growing not decreasing.

Its not even viewed as an issue of overcrowding, traffic, pollution, loss of open space, and harm to the environment, just "oh isn't it wonderful those evil whites are becoming a minority, yippee!!! To hell with all the problems its causing, getting rid of whites is more important!"

The whole thing is nuts.

According to one poll only 10% of the population knew that we take over 1 million LEGAL newcomers every single year (its actually between 1.2 and 1.8 million). 50% weren't even able to make a guess at all, they had no idea. This doesn't even get into the illegals.

These numbers are insane, and nobody even knows it. How can they express an opinion when they are ignorant of basic facts?

You try to talk about this with Trumpbots and they just go silent. They swallow the kool aid that "legal immigration is great, its only illegal that's a problem."

Trump himself emphasizes he's for legal to keep coming.

So, then just legalize all the illegals and the problem would be solved I guess. They don't have a response to that either.

There's a theory out there that without vigorous population growth, the economy will tank. Between abortion and the lack of fucking...well...you do the math.

I'm for zero population growth for the country, and the planet. It's not a popular political position, even though it would obviously be good for the environment.
