If one side doesn't like a District Court ruling, they appeal.
If the other side doesn't like a District Court ruling, they appeal.
If one side doesn't like a Circuit Court ruling, they appeal.
If one side doesn't like a Circuit Court ruling, they appeal.
What's the point?
Why is it so easy to appeal?
Yabbut of Texass loves the Fifth when they agree with him. But he hates and rails against the same Judges when they go against him as they have done twice this week.
Unless there is a solid factual error in a ruling, appeals should not be heard at all; simply rejected by the Circuit. There are Judges that make those errors, but they rarely, if ever face discipline or even retraining so they don't make those errors again
