You see that a lot nowadays. A plague of self absorbed people who just don't want to hear about anything that doesn't concern them... which is how we got 8 years of Bush to begin with.

I wonder if it's a case of really bad parents who spoiled their kid rotten and didn't instill any sense of concern for their neighbor. Or maybe a congenital mental problem of some sort.

You just have to feel sorry for someone who gets mad at you for giving a shit about some major problem that's affecting hundreds of thousands of people in your own country.

I would never negate anyone's right to own an opinion. As for crusades... what makes you believe it doesn't solve anything?

We need a crusade right now against the system. Fortunately, I as an employer have plenty of crusades that I have succeeded with. No offshoring, I nixed employment credit checks, got a tech training school going, got hybrid cars for my wife's employees to save gasoline... all kinds of little crusades.

Matter of fact, come to think of it, I would put my proposed solutions for America's problems against anything sr71plt or freshface or selena kitt could come up with. I'm good for finding solutions. Hell I might even consider running for office, hell I've got the money...

I'm not that bored. Really, most of the fun is watching the creative folks here fillet his sort. It's almost artistic, the level of snark that some people here can produce. People like LeJoke are just the foil for that.
