Why Dogs Secretly Hate Us:

I can truthfully say that I have never subjected a pet to quite this much.

Of course, my tangent addiction got me to that page and talking with Imp and imagining her and other of our attractive female litizens in the "sexy" Leia, slave Leia and Amidala costumes...

Hey, that's why I hang on a porn site. (It also reminded me that someday I would love to have my own set of Jedi robes. I can so totally pull that look off.)

The fiance's parents have a Staffie. The only item of "clothing" he will tolerate is his bandanna emblazoned with his name :)

Dogs have more playfulness than they have dignity -- that's why they're so much fun! And that's why people could learn a thing or two from them -- so you look silly, what the hell, just have fun.

What a handsome blue guy your daughter's cat is, Imp.

The last time we tried to put anything on one of our cats, we put a simple COLLAR on Ziba, the bad red cat, who we were going to allow to be an inside/outside cat. We got the collar on her, but not before ALL THREE of us were bleeding.

that has always worked for me.

mind you, looking silly has been the only option.

Once a year at Halloween, I get. But every day? My sister puts a sweater on her little dog in the winter. She knits them herself! That drives me crazy.

yowza, SK, you've gotten big all of a sudden! i knew those shorts would get you into trouble. luvs ya. :rose:

Personally I think anyone who does this to a pet should be made to wear the same costume. The only time any pet of mine was made to do this, it was my ex doing it and I told her I wasnt taking the dog out dressed like that. I can see, though, if something was wrong with a pets skin that they had to be shaved (been there done that) and in that case I would definitely put a sweater on them in winter but just until their fur grew back.
