Well, they probably do carry snacks and such, which can run up your bill a bit.

However, shopping hungry doesn't just apply to groceries. Something about being distracted and/or not having enough calories onboard to fully fuel the brain.

The prices at Wal-Mart go up, too. They just don't advertise it. A sharp shopper will notice certain Wal-Mart prices rise and fall at a level just below Target's and K-Mart's.

I've given up on Costco. I go there to save money, but I end up spending more.

Every time.

Part of it is impulse buys, but not all of it. I end up buying more than I need.

And, of course, there are those impulse buys.

NOOOOOOO Costco isn't just a huge grocery store..

It's heaven.. enclosed by 4 walls (cement) and a roof!! They sell everything from apples to zoology books.. I'm serious.. TV.. Stereos.. shirts.. pants.. socks.. peanuts..spices.. coffee.. computer games..sport equipment.. all sorts of books.. All in amounts you won't ever use before they are either out of date or out of style.

OMG.. If you ever get a chance to find one and go.. do it!

You won't be sorry.. (well you will be if you take money)


I personaly only go for the free samples.. You can get a 7 course meal in that place... complete with beverage and dessert
