Therein lies the real topic of discussion...potentially.

Because if this is just another bitch thread, you are as big a part of the problem as eeyore....or 4est...or any of the people you, me or others find detrimental to the GB.

Likewise, endless blurts about kittens, how you/others are doing your hair today, etc...are equally as non-substantive and just as useless to anything remotely resembling a General Discussion as sean and luk yelling the same prepubescent nonsense at miles and ish etc that they've been doing for a decade.

It's way past old.

Me, I love a good scrape, but the level of commentary and intelligence being expressed here is way below where I'd like to see it.

Ideally, the insults should be genuinely funny to all, and the social intercourse ought to be of a higher caliber as well.

It is possible to have better discussions here.

That's what I look for.

I don't generally complain about the GB or it's posters. (with the possible exception of Aella/Hashtag, because holy hell...)

I find it goes in cycles. Sometimes there's very little to interest me, and suddenly we have a good run of stuff to post on for a week or so.

Just like real life, there will always be people who bug you. The real problems occur when you let those negative feelings rule. I just don't let that happen, and I try not to hold grudges. Some people take themselves WAY too seriously.

But anyway, that's why I continue to log in. I might find something amusing, or maybe not. It's like a treasure hunt!
