What is the most important factor that makes you come back here time after time?

Variety is the spice of life

There is so much on Literotica from the friendly (most of the time) discussions in the Authors Hangout; the ranting and raving on the General Board; the wide range of stories and poetry; the pictures and audio; and, best of all, it's FREE.

Og.

Mostly I enjoy the interaction. I've made some great friends here. I've also learned quite a bit from some wonderful authors. I don't get to read stories nearly as much as I used to.

I've had my fun too. :D

Que?

At the present time, the major attraction for me is the picture of Og with the cake on his head.
MG

Ps. Dear Pooks,
You could put someone's eye out with those things!

Hmmmmmm

I only come when MG's showing her butt like that, but that wasn't the question was it, Ummm!! OK I hate it here but can't keep away, hehe!!!:D

Luv yu all really......pops........:)

Erotic stories to read, erotic stories to print and finally have someone who will actually READ them (and send feedback too!), funny and nice people to bicker with... and everything is for free.

What's there not to love about Literotica???

I love the community (even when I'm calling someone an idiot) and I feel like Lit has helped me really explore my sexuality.

Beyond that, yeah...I get off on seeing my stories online

Why?

Where else can you find erudite and cogent discussions of Morris dancing and four foot BMs?
MG

The fighting! I love the fighting. There's simply no place else on earth where you can go, pick a fight with anyone and not be banned or censored for saying whatever you want to say so long as it isn't a death threat!

I  the dirty, rotten, nasty fighting.

It's truly a beautiful thing.

I knew I'd learned something here. I just couldn't put it into words as well as that. ;-)

MM

It has nice eyes, for one thing, and you can dance to it.

And truly, I would rather spend my time chatting with the people on these boards than with the finest people on earth.

Also, it gives me a chance to swear a lot, especially on the GB. It's very therapeutic, for me at least.

Oh, and the emoticons are just really really cute.

In the mail this morning I had a request for me to appear with the cake on my head at an event next weekend. They will pay my expenses and enough for a couple of beers.

That hat is profit-making. Soon I'll have to declare it to our IRS.

Og.

P.S. The downside is that there will be ... Morris Dancers. They have promised to take the sheep out of the field first. Mustn't frighten the sheep.

Call her Sven

Other reasons for loving Lit:

Svenskaflicka's reaction to being called Sven is well worth observing.

MG's pink bikini shows that small can be beautiful. The toothy AV is worth avoiding.

Personally, I had done some extensive research on publishing, i.e., where to publish, guidelines, etc. Having written stories for a few close friends and my husband, their encouragement urging me forward, I decided to attempt to get published. Realizing that I needed to hone my skills as a writer, I came across the Literotic.com website, I decided this was the place to start. Literotica offers such a wide variety of categories, pretty much something for everyone.

The Author's Hangout threads have been helpful and informative as well as fun. Literotica offers what I was looking for. I've enjoyed getting to know some of the people here and hope to continue to meet others. The interaction and personalities from everyone is great, with such international flair!

I like that I can see the number of times my stories have been accessed and voting that is available. I enjoy the feedback from readers and have found it encouraging and helpful (though strange at times).

Overall, I'm just glad I found Literotica!!

It can be beautiful to watch when done by experts. :D

MG's gonna love your next AV, og. It's gonna show you with that cake in your face instead of on your head!:catroar:

Thank you Svenskaflicka

Thank you for the "catty" response. You unsheath your claws and scratch so beautifully.

Congratulations on the response to your night caller. I wish you a shorter time until the one you really want makes you purr.

Cake in the face is good. Beer is better but cake will do if beer not available.

Og

Thanks, og!

You know, the idiocy of that night-caller... I told him that I didn't want to let him in to talk to me at that time of night, because I was going to bed, and that if he wanted to TALK to me, he had to come back at a normal visiting hour. Before he left, he asked me if he could get a kiss.

Eeehhmm... if I don't want to TALK to you, what makes you think I'm gonna KISS you???

This world is full of idiots...

I love Lit. for the humor, freedom and generosity of the writers and other posters.

Regards to all, Perdita
