That, and many seem to like to depict aliens as asexual beings that have evolved onto a higher plane of creation, making it pointless for them to be clothed. But I like the fashion sense solution more myself.

on the other hand...perhaps they're so evolved that they've evolved BACK to the adam & eve state? I mean, adam & eve were sinless right? living in harmony in the garden, but then they sinned and were tossed out on their nekkid butts into the wilderness and ever since we've struggled to carve a new garden out of that wilderness...(deep shit, right?)

so maybe the aliens have recreated the garden?
