Yes. Someone needs to get White Liberal America in touch with the idea that their patronizing of their black constituency has to end; stop treating them as 3/5 of a person and stop telling them that is is not their fault because of idiot phrases like white privilege. From President Obama down, the tendency has been to talk down cops and talk up institutionalized racism.
Then, before the truth of a shooting is known, the black community assumes that it was the fault of the cop and go batshit crazy on cue and the white liberal enablers go to the microphones to immediately blame white people, just not themselves...

Edited to add: Guiliani made "stop and frisk" the official policy of the NYPD (i.e. Frisk That Black Guy First), which is the polar opposite of Dallas' community based policing.

This is where Stacy Dash got it right & Jesse Williams should pay with his career... I forget which scripted show I was watching last night, but one of them had an African-American woman saying something about, "All lives matter, not just black..." My first thought (right aloud) was "That's how you know this show is fictional... Nobody real would ever say that with an audience, & nobody will mention this on Twitter."
This morning, I watched an old "Family Matters" episode I found, only to have it take a commercial break (normal). The only problem I had with that was one ad that seemed to be as long as the entire episode informed me & the audience that it was on (something like this) "The first channel created for black women." Now or 20 years ago, if someone had said the exact opposite (a channel made not by, but for white men), everybody & their proverbial mother would be contacting the cable companies daily to get rid of it.
