Why do I no longer have a home page?

Just gone. I can click on a link to get "archived activity". Otherwise bupkiss. This feature wasn't broken. Why 'fix' it?

So far, it has been very arguable whether the new version is really 'fixing' anything.

There was a site glitch about four days ago. It's recovering, slowly. The "archive" holds activity up to midnight your Friday (I think - I'm in Australia, so US time is always yesterday), and there's a new feed showing activity from then on.

Apparently there's meant to be a bunch of new features, but the rollout didn't go very smoothly, so we don't know what they are yet...
