I sit here and think of the few PM's I've sent to much younger women who I've read posts from that were trolling for chat, and the only thing running thru my head is "Holy shit! I've turned into that perverted loser type that I made fun of 10-15 years ago when I had female friends in their early 20s getting hit on by pathetic losers on the internet!!"

On the other hand, I sit here and see people in the middle of divorce or dealing with spousal health issues who haven't made love for years, and I hear a voice in the back of my head saying "take your once every 1-3 weeks and sit down and stfu!"

I've always professed not to be into cyber, but the truth is I'd seriously consider it under certain circimstances. but, hell, no one from here ever even chatted with me until about a week ago.

thanks, pink. I'll cop to often feeling badly about myself... but the one of the main reasons for my post in that case is I just wanted to use the word "patheticer". I love to make up words like that.

Yeah, I'm with this guy. horny loser geek here that can't get any in real life (or cyber), women run (quite literally), and the only messages on those date sites are random people that see my profile and message me to tell me how ugly I am, how I need to stop being a geek, etc.

I'm not trying to downplay your situation, you're stressed and you have every right to deal with your stress a relive the situation (DANMN! thats a double entandre(sp?) isn't it? ) The only thing I'm trying to say is that no matter what your situation, until you're dead it can always be worse....
