I had the same problem years ago. I believe it had to do with the idea of being passive. 69ing, I was great. Laying back and receiving, no orgasm. What position is your body (laying down, standing up, sitting on the side of the bed, ETC.)in when she is going down on you? Some times that has something to do with it. At least it does for me.
