Hell when I went back for my masters I didn't see women dressed like that. But if they dress like that now then I will go back for my doctorate

You must have forgotten how many people went blind during the spandex craze.
Today I saw a woman trying to wear spandex/lycra leggings.
I think shops should be banned from selling them to anyone whose waist measurement is larger than their height.
The fake leopard skin print didn't help.

IMHO, the woman in the picture does not look good in that outfit. Rhino haunches. She is in need of LOTS of aerobics, and pushaways from the table.
I'd set the figure at 98%.
