Why be biased

I have written quite a few stories that I have tried to submit to Literotica. I have yet to have one that has been accepted.

I read all the rules and regulations. Place comma's and periods where there were none.

I have also submitted quite a few emails to the editors of this site about WHY?

No one has answered me

It is quite annoying when you read other writers works with far more spelling errors then your own and then be rejected for something as simple as a comma

I feel I am being excluded from a club or something.

Just wanted to state my feelings here with everyone

For starters this not being a story idea you probably should have posted this under the general board. With that said they usually tell you why you haven't been accepted. I would imagine that you must have broken a rule, probably the age rule which they can be a bit picky about at times. Are you certain that there is nothing in your story that suggests your stars are underage?

Editing is NOT a reason they reject your stories, they do so because of violations of the sites rules, such as underage sex, bestiality, extreme violence, etc. Try using an editor if you can't see where you've broken a rule.

The general Board is the last place to post this. Post it on the Editors' Forum and there you will find many offers to edit.

First off, you have made yourself an island. AKA I cannot PM you. I have taken on several new writers and extend the same offer to you. I am a skilled writer myself and a teacher, and can help you with editing and ideas if you wish. PM me if your needs match my abilities.

The chances of him being rejected for poor editing are nil to none. There is some serious hardcore crap on this site. He had to have broken the rules and chances are if he reads the rules he should be able to figure out why. It is probably that one of his charachters some how comes across as underage. Since violence has to be WAY over the top to get rejected. (something I can personally attest to) And beastiality can be slipped by more often than not in the stories I've read. Though it can't be the focus of the story.

I had a story rejected for violence once, dialog placement once, more fitting to be on a forum and not in the story boards once, and hmtl (I think that's it) commands not placed correctly.

I agree, it can't be editing, or grammer unless it is really bad, though I do know two folks that were rejected because they put their quotation marks in front of their periods, question marks, and exclamation points.

Hi,

I've had two stories rejected for poor editing, the paragraphs were too long, mostly. So, it could be something like that too. But yeah, I think you should get an editor, helps alot to have a second pair of eyes.

I've had two rejected for violence. One was a zombie rape sequence that involved a girl being raped and eaten at the same time. The second was based off of Dolcett Comics.

I mean there are stories on this site that are people who clearly don't speak English, least not proficiently. If you managed it for poor editing you must have done something very very wrong. I mean like so wrong that I refuse to believe that the post asking for help could be by that same writer.

I posted my rape one in a thread I write over at on the playgrounders forum. They left it there and I posted the one they rejected in the GB forum... haha = that got a reaction. But not from the moderators. :D

I feel I have the ultimate prize for a rejection if such a catagory existed. Submitted in the "humor & satire" section, I had two guys switch cocks (opposite ends of the legnth/girth extreme), going undercover with some unexpected side effects. It was rejected for "horror and gore" naturally.

At least my Seinfeld spoof send off closes my writing career in Lit'...
