I am not even talking politics. Nobody seems to want to build people up but complain about things that they don't even have anything to do with? I'm getting to where I have to gear myself up to be around people. It's stressful.

Simple answer. Society has been indoctrinated for years now, starting in grade school, to not have to take responsibility for their own actions. Your observation is nothing more than a consequence of that agenda.
