This is one of the questions frequently raised in the media UK Media covering the US primaries. (Yes we do take a passing interest in your affairs) The threads on this board do seem to confirm that there is an awful lot of anger over there so I thought maybe you guys could explain what you are angry about and why people seem so ready to engage in physical violence to solve problems?

Whelp we got about 40 years worth of our politicians flat out giving us the finger, taking our money and giving it to the richest people who have ever existed.

And then we all stand around wondering why there are .5% of the population just going over the fucking top mind boggling rich and why they are giving so much money to people like Clinton/Rubio. Well the people are starting to figure it out that these billion dollar campaign scum sucking pol's owned by these billionaire scum bags are all fucking us. Not even Obama is on our side...got in office and straight sold our ass out. ACA = mega trillions ass fuck from insurance/medical companies......F-35 = supa trillions ass fuck from Lockheed for shit we don't need.

20,000 hammers....schools that get 84 billion dollars in funding but can't turn the lights on...state universities that are some of the richest institutions in the country charging poor kids with 3 jobs 40k a year to get a degree and on and on. If the US government touches it there is a HIGH probability they are absolutely scamming the fuck out of the tax payer for it.

L wants Sanders to change that, R wants Trump to change that.

Rubio/Clinton want to keep the status quo because money and these factions, reformist L/R are super fucking pissed, as in ready to burn the fucking house down pissed. Mother fuckers are tired of living paycheck to paycheck and getting nowhere on the hamster wheel people like Bush, Obama, Clinton and Reagan have set up for them to waste their lives upon making others rich as fuck. It's so bad I know more than a few Trump/Sanders voters willing to switch teams just to put someone not owned by Lockheed/Chase/Sachs/Morgan etc. in office.

The establishment L/R however see things as good, or at least good enough and don't want to rock the boat. They are doing all they can to protect the elite wealthy from the torch/pitchfork carrying villagers. They fucking love the 1% and how they are running things via the corporate oligarchy.

We get a Clinton/Rubio (to a lesser extent Cruz) POTUS this go around for 4-8 more of the same ol' shit?? LMFAO

2020 we're burning the fuckin' house down

The anger is legitimate--more than a decade of nasty political yammering with little to show for it. The violence is in the American character.

And they are both ready to fucking throttle the shit out of Rubio/Clinton (wall st. ) supporters because we are sick an tired of billionaires fucking us all through shit bag establishment pol's who are owned by billionaires. Which is why we are pissed the fuck off and getting violent.

That more or less, sums it up.
Add in the SCOTUS appointments that will be needed and you have the destiny of the USA for at least the next fifty years...or not, according to your viewpoint.

i think basically its been

a waste of the last 8 years as far as "Hope and change" more like conquer and divide! change wont happen in the u.s. till we all get out and vote. something like maybe 40 % of the country votes. Our education system is is run by people who push there own agenda. the fact is all people arent equal. giving you stuff doesnt help you out! it helps keep you right were the fuck you are! you shouldnt want minimum wage at all no matter what the fuck it is!where the fuck is any common sense in this country.the reason people are voting for trump is they have no idea what they might get but thats better then the other republicans and fucking hillary, because they know exactly what they get with them fucking lying bastards. wheeeew rant over

except if you believe for a second that Trump actually wants to change the status quo in a way that helps you, you're utterly insane. The status quo treats him VERY well and any change would likely benefit him more.

I might believe him if he were coming out and and making the case that richer Americans make for richer rich folk but he's not. And he's actually stated he believes American wages are TOO HIGH.

These are the same people who after 40 years of tax cuts still think that trickle down is going to happen any second and we will all have good paying jobs like magic if they just give the 1% another tax cut. Some are snapping out of it...30-40 years of getting fucked has that effect on some of the brainwashed.

And they are not anymore insane than the people who are chugging as much Kool-Aid as they can deluding themselves into thinking Clinton isn't a female (R)omney.

We want Trump to fuck a new and different layer of Americans.

Yea.

I think Trump/Sanders supporters are looking for the same thing, just different ways of going about it. Like to the extent I think Trump will get quite a few Sanders supporters if he survives the GOP and Sanders would get a lot of trumps if it were the other way.

If the establishment sinks both of them? Ohhh man...Rubio v Clinton? talk about the WORST! And unfortunately is likely....

They are.

BECAUSE the cost of living and everything else is waaay high.

Us rats have to run twice or more faster on the payroll tread mill just to stay in the same place and that is sliding off slowly!

That more or less, sums it up.

Not really (going to what you quoted). How anyone can be stupid enough to want to stick it to the billionaires by supporting a grasping billionaire who is a pathological liar is beyond me. That doesn't add up, so I can't see it summing anything up.

Seeing how we set the value of our money that's ultimately the wages being too low.

Burning the place down is only a viable plan if you're outside. I'm not.

I'm not saying that it is right or accurate, only that many people feel that way.

And that is a dangerous place for a country to be.

That's because wages are too low, not because they are too high. If the top 15% was spending their money here with Americans paying them good wages that wouldn't be the case and the villagers wouldn't be anywhere near as pissed.

Sorry but pushing the poor down with even lower wages isn't going to end that problem.

Trickle down is bullshit.....if it weren't there simply wouldn't be the over the top never before seen in human history wealth inequality that we have.

Reagan was wrong....move on, because I can assure you as soon as boomers become a minority that shit is GONE. Not even young Republicans are buying it anymore, Reaganomics days are as numbered as the war on drugs.

Really? You seriously think Clinton is going to fight for you better than Sanders would?

I know it is rare but on this subject I agree with you.
Trickle down relies on the very rich having a finite capacity for wealth They don't that capacity is infinite.

One of your top earners summed it up well. He said
"I earn 1,000 times the average wage. I've got a nice house but I don't have 1,000 houses. I drive a nice car but I don't drive 1,000 cars. I have great meals but I don't eat 3,000 square meals a day. I know that all sounds ridiculous but that how it would have to be for trickle down to work."

A more equal society is far better for the economy, but that would be socialism.

Yep.

I don't understand the Reagan worshipers......30 years of tax cuts for the wealthy and they still seem to think that trickle down is gonna happen. Any moment now. LOL

Oh well like I said...as soon as enough of the cold war era pols/voters who are incapable of being honest about their love for socialism die off that shit is coming to an end.

because we are sick and tired of the politicians in Washington D.C. who are all a bunch of weak spineless uncaring Bastards!!!

Americans, in GENERAL, are angry about their Government. We are embarrassed about U.S. military and political actions around the world; and AT HOME. On one hand we have the shiny, happy media explaining everything in a nice normal way; while the realities of war and corruption are a real aching pain, like a hammer pounding in your head. We, all U.S. citizens need Anger Management Training ;)

Really? You seriously think Clinton is going to fight for you better than Sanders would?

Hell the fuck no. If we're being honest I think Hillary would ACCOMPLISH more for me but I'm willing and ready to take that risk. Especially since the other team seems bound and determined to give me this one chance. We may not see another Trump style opening for twenty years.

But a lot of people are talking about an end to the status quo without any idea whatsoever what the plan is? Say what you want about "Hope and Change" a lot of people thought he was Bernie Sanders and the rest of us simply hoped he'd be a little less Bush than he turned out. But your supposed to have a plan when you disrupt the game, either that or shit needs to be SO bad for you that it can't realistically get worse. I get why the Arab Spring involved burning down the house while you were standing in it. Sure ISIS turned out to be worse but that can probably be traced back to one guy named Achmed and this conversation.

Jamal: We shall over throw the government!
Achmed: What's the worst that could happen?
*One ISIS later.*
Jamal: You know this is your fault don't you?
Achmed: Well at least things can't get anyworse.
*US bombs a hospital. Russians start bombing on the other end.
Jamal: Seriously shut
Achmed: What else cou
*Jamal shoots him in the face. Jihad on you. Jihad on your mother. Jihad on your camel.*

But I get why they went that route. Mexico is pretty close to the point where you say fuck it all and burn the house down. All things said the US simply is at a point where having a conversation on how to improve things is ideal.

Are you done digging your grave yet?
Put another O in your paycheck.
Are you done?

Cheer Up London - Slaves

I would say most of us are tired of being the slaves of the elite. I am sure most would think everything is just great here in America as long as we have our fast food and March Madness. Some might call it an updated version of bread and circuses. It is time to rattle the cage a bit.

Yep but you can't have a Sanders when Wall St. is giving them hundreds of millions if not a billion +, you just can't. Obama is just a continuation of the Sachs presidency and Clinton would be 4 more years of JP Morgan calling the shots.

Sanders wants to do campaign finance reform and get big bidnizz OUT of the legislature/WH. That's the Sandaz plan in not so many words and I think he's right we can't do ANYTHING about the gov pimping the citizenry out to the highest bidders until that changes.

The beatings will continue until either morale has improved or we stop electing the Sachs representatives.

All things said the US simply is at a point where having a conversation on how to improve things is ideal.

Oh totally, but by American standards simply having a discussion that isn't Reagancentric Wall St. suck off = burning the house down with a 'totally unelectable' candidate.

Ain't that about the the fucking truth. And I'm fully on board for the Bern. I do believe Bernie could be Trump, not because of the polls but because Trump is just that bad. But he's shocked me getting to this point intact. Just if/when Sanders loses to a random Republican remember I already had this up.

Because I think the polls showing that Bernie will beat Trump (or anybody) in the polls are really based on an electorate that is clearly not watching the Democrat Debates. To the point that many think its a conspiracy to keep Bernie down and as a result they don't know Bernie as anything but the Democrat who isn't Hillary Clinton and it helps tremendously as long as he stays out of the direct spotlight. That won't stay once the presidential debates kick up.

I've got nothing against Kasich truth be told but I don't even think he'd need to debate to win.

I hear ya, he could get schooled...but I'm a nothing ventured nothing gained kinda guy.

Granted it's burned my ass more than once, but I'd rather strike out than never know what it feels like to drill that fuckin ball into the parking lot and go all

It's like busting a nut for your ego

You don't think Sandaz can take Trump in the general?

I think (hope) if he got it the D nomination the genX/millennial crowd would rally behind him. This is assuming the delegates don't just laugh at us and run Hillary anyhow as they high5 the board of executives from Chase.

He's whipping her ass hard in blue states....granted Clinton was a favorite in the dirty south but if that trend continues he should get the (D) nomination even though there is no chance in hell he's getting it no matter how many people vote for him.

I've got nothing against Kasich truth be told but I don't even think he'd need to debate to win.

He's easily my favorite (R) from an objective pov....I'd still rather see Trump run just to shit on the GOP.
