my whole life up until a couple months ago I would have little to no pre-cum production whenever i jack it, all of a sudden in June my pre-cum volumes have increased by at least triple? most times I’m erect I basically piss out pre-cum, is that normal at all? what has caused this?

Not sure what would cause that but I take Zinc daily and it definitely increases my precum and cum production.

Possibly diet related?
