Who's Your Favorite Artist?

Just give me anything by the Pre-Raphaelite Brother/Sisterhood, and I'm happy as larry..:)

Giger all the way!
anybody ever see what his appartment looks like? part of it (his office/den thing, mainly) is all covered in his art and he personally designed the chairs and desk and such! freaky and cool and creepy it be..

I don't know about a favourite, but I like Modigliani, Picasso, Edvard Munch, Salvador Dali, Joan Miro and Marcel Duchamp.

My favourite styles are Surrealism and Dada.

LEONARDO DA VINCI & MICHAELANGELO

And my favorite paintings have always been
"The Last Supper"
"David"

WOW

Being involved in the graphic design field, I think that design by Bajema is awesome.

Myst, does she have a web site?

I sketch and paint, so I try not to look at other people's work too much. I tend to compare and then hate my own stuff.

I like Warhol alot for some odd reason. I tend to like Giger too, thought I try not to :D

Edgar Degas

Louis Royo & Hajime Sorayama!

I Am Clicking Like A Mad Mad Chick To See More Of That Beth Bajima's Work:)

Thank's Fer The Link!

Unlike Angel, I venture to the mueseums of this nation, as often as I can, and I also try to veiw as much art as possible from online galleries, merely to learn conceptual techniques.
I, as an artist, developed my understanding of the human form from observation, and by using hit or miss, contour drawings to develop my ability to paint people.
In all of my experiance, I have never come across an artist who touched me so deeply, purely based on their skill and perception as Sandro Boticelli.
I am terribly fond of him....

I can't resize those pictures because my computer is completely fucked up, and I need to do a system restore.

I will get them up later.

God! Sorry, I didn't realize how big those would turn out!

I will try to make them smaller.

Ooops!

Boticelli is indeed one of the world's most innovative painters. I really like his Venus depictions, but I don't own any of his prints.

A favorite... I don't think I can pick a favorite - with so many different styles, personalities... moods.

Love Monet. Giger. Georgia O'Keefe - Boticelli blows my mind. Rodin. Audrey Flack. Robert Cottingham. Degas...
