Who's the better role model?

Gee, I don't know,
I forgot why I hate her,
God, I can't recall...

My mind's in a blender
And don't blame my gender,

I'M SHALLOW

Lavender, just another shot in fun.
People like Hilliary are the reason I switched from being a life-long Democrat.
So, there you have it!
One comes.
One goes.
They play pinocle on your snout!

But I do not see that, and again, I am a Libertarian. I see the Dems use women and race far more than vice versa. I would submit that back in the 60's the Dems were the party of the working, middle class, but as we are shifting our economy and technology and jobs are changing, the middle class is tending more conservative, more oriented towards goals, savings, and investment, leaving some of the worst of the fringes in the Democratic ranks. Also witness how the hard right feels it is being pushed out of the Republican party as the center flles there to protect its investment from being stripped from it and handed to others, (read my bio, and understand maybe where I come from) toodles. :)

I don't like Hillary....but I am forced to respect her, she is a formidable person.

Madeline Albright on the other hand. Lets just say that I detest her with every fiber of my being and I would happily take a whiz on the little trolls grave.

I really and truly do not understand how that woman sleeps at night. Due to "an unfortunate occurance" that she was largely responsible for I couldn't sleep for a long time.

Janet Reno too.
Why do I find myself more admiring of the women on the Republican side of things?
Just blind hatred of socialists?
Or do I see people that I would or would not want to ever be around for any length of time?

Why do you hate Albright so much? I saw you refer to the Balkans in your Taliban thing, why were you over there? This really intrigues me actually because the Balkans have been my specific focus in studies.

I got to wear a blue hat while people killed their own for the benefit of CNN, twice. Additionally, before you heap more praise on Albright you might want to consider her action, or lack thereof, in Rwanda, another "garden spot" that I got to play soldier in.

But why blame this on Albright?

She is not soley resposible,Khofi Annan, Boutros Gali, and the Clinton administration and the UN Security Council shoulder equal resposibility.

We (UNAMIR) knew what was going to happen, we had what could most accurately described as a blueprint for it and could have, with US help (troops and or airlift), stopped it, or greatly lessened the slaughter. Albright delayed the vote to strengthen/reenforce us for four critical days. Her actions and those of the Clinton administration over the course of events during the genocide were widely criticized by most of the national and international tribunals that investigated it. Something that was swept under the rug in the US press.

I'd be willing to discuss the Balkans with you. However, Rwanda is something I would rather not. It is a very dark part of my history that I prefer to keep, for the most part, boxed.

It is amusing how the Democrats must bash the successful of the groups they reresent when they hold conflicting views. I see these as strong, powerful women, and Bob Dole, the Kansan I know, would not be around someone of any less than sterling character.

Period.

Easy boy ;)

She's a great role model. Stand by your man no matter where he sticks his dick. And blame it on the right wing conspiracy until they find DNA evidence.
