Who's free to Rp?

I'm wondering who is free to participate in a srp and who isn't. There are some people who post in rps regularly and look for more to join. There are others who post but don't have time for any more rps. I would like to know where some people fall under. Yes, I could ask them individually, but there are others still who just browse around but are thinking of getting their feet wet in the rp pool.

I'm usually free to rp and I have lots of ideas. Just ask me for them as I have yet to describe them all or lay them all out in one place.
