Suzie, apparently you've never heard of Voyeurweb have you?
They have taken nude in public pics to a new level. People are tripping over themselves to take and submit NIP photos.

Especially where there is the chance for a large crowd- here at Churchill Downs (Ky Derby); New Orleans (Mardi Gras); Superbowl etc. It doesn't seem to bother them that kids or grannies alike could see them.

I think that is part of the titillation (no pun intended). Threat of getting caught makes it more exciting. People are becoming more and more brazen- like that chick last year who flashed on camera during the Today show! Geez.

Although if you think about it, it seems to be mostly women doesn't it? And usually at large public gatherings of a sports nature. Where there is lots of alcohol.

Okay, are you saying that these girls should wear bras to make their breasts look better? I guess I can understand that. Cause I maintain that not wearing a bra does not cause sagginess. Some people are saggy, and some are not.

On a side note, I tried running around without a bra today (wearing a tight shirt), and I was too self-conscious. I had to run back to my room and put a bra on. Damn self-consciousness. I blame my mother.
