What well known celebrity would you most like to have a drink and a relaxed conversation with? One of those pull up a chair, sit down, and have a beer type discussions. Why would you pick this person?

Mine would be Waylon Jennings. The man has interested me for years. Mainly, I would like to know what prompted him to give up his seat on that infamous plane ride.

Damn good thing I read your question again. At first glance I thought your question was "Who would be your prick."

I would have to say Nicholas Cage. He is my favorite actor, those eyes ... uhhmm ...

but besides that, he is a great acotr, and cam play many diverse roles, He has the witty humor that i love, and i think a conversation over a beer with him would be cool as hell ... If I could stop staring at his eyes long enough to talk that is ... lol

That could be an interesting thread.

Robert Downey Jr., I would find out what is going on in that pretty little mind of his, why he does the things he does (I can relate too). And there is a slight attraction on my part, but not one so big as to where I could not open my mouth and have a real conversation with him!

I would talk to Sean O'connery I would like to have a beer with that man (of course I would take him to bed he is just too>>>>>)

THE WIFE

Ohh yeah

Sean Connery is awesome .... I would have my mind to far into the gutter to be able to have a conversation with him though

If I could pick anyone in time I would want to speak with Benjamin Franklin. That man fascinates me with his knowledge of science, politics and women.

Present time I would have to pick Pope John Paul II. He has seen a lot in his lifetime, visited practically everywhere and appears so humble. I think I could learn quite a lot from him.

probably the golfer, Bobby Jones. Or Anne Rice.. or OJ just to ask him if he's found the real killer on all those golf courses where he's been searching

Russell Crowe. He has that wonderful oh yeah you're making me cum voice and that Austrailian accent thing going on. I don't think he would even have to be interesting, he could read the dictionary.

Keifer Sutherland or Meatloaf.

Like Killer Muffin said they could read the dictionary and I would be happy.

They just "do it" for me you know.

Donnie Osmond.....I wanna ask what dentist to go to to get teeth that white...

Stephen King because he is an awesome storyteller. I have read each and every one of his books at least three times. I could never get tired of them, especially the "Dark Tower" series.

Second, Hillary Clinton. Even though I disagree with a lot of her views, she is such a strong, intelligent woman. I'd also like to know how she felt during the whole Monica scandal, how she handled it, and why she chose to stay... for her own political career or for his...

I think I would have to say Stevie Nicks! She is an awesome song writer and I really love her songs plus she is really sexy.

Another group of people I would love to set down and talk to plus watch work is the crew that does the special effects for Star Trek.. man that would be a real trip..

Definitely Maya Angelou, I think she is fascinating. Although I'm having a little trouble picturing her drinking a beer.

Nicole, you have to share Meat Loaf with me, don't forget. I just love him, he has had an amazing life. I actually would like to talk to his wife as well, she has been through thick and thin with him. I would love to know how she did it.

My other pick would be Harrison Ford, I have been watching all of the Indiana Jones movie, he is too sexy.

Torn...Russell Crowe just to be in his presence, he's such a turn on, and Anne Rice because of her deep imagination and her characters fascinate me.

The day the music died

Buddy Holley, Big Bopper, and Richie Valens, ask them why the hell did they get on the plane?

Vlad

Nuno Bettencourt, I wanna pick his brain for guitar tips :)

Freddie Mercury. He just strikes me as an interesting artist, who would be cool to talk to.

Paul Verhoeven, Francis Ford Coppola, Steven Spielberg, Jan de Bont, George Lucas and Gus Van Sant.

All because they have had their own special influence on movies,

I think I would like to have a beer, and conversation with"Jamie Lee Curtis".

I think she would be a grin to sit down, and slam a few brews with.

Drew Barrymore, Stephen King, Hunter S. Thompson, Steve Buscemi, Quentin Tarentino.

They just seem like any or all of them would be fun people to have a few (dozen) drinks with.

Dorothy Parker would probably be one of my picks. Love to talk with Hunter S. Thompson if I could get the rifle out of his hands fast enough...

Eddie Van Halen, just to find out what really happened. Robert A Heinlein, dead, but my very favorite author.

Most definitely Nicolas Cage. I am infatuated with that man. He is an incredible actor, need I say more? Oh yes, those eyes...*sigh* His soft, sensual voice...*Sigh* I think my favorite movie he stars in, is *Face Off* Even though it is a bit far fetched, he plays his part beautifully. Can't get enough of this actor! Would love to enjoy a drink and a night out with this guy...Oh, to dream...

Bat out of Hell

Well i must admit that meatloaf does make a damn good blue plate special ...

but to sit down and talk with Meatloaf? In my opinion it is not very likely that he would be good company ....

Approximately 10 years ago ... i did a television interview with him ... he was so horrible to me ... the interview took place backstage at a club he was playing .... it was me and a cameraman and Meatloaf ... i always found that before an interview it is good to chat with the star ... it establishes a good rapport ... anyways when i started talking to him ... he said to me "Is the camera on now?" ... I said, "No net yet" ... and he answered me "Fine ... I will talk when the camera is rolling." ...

and we both had to sit there in silence until the cameraman was ready! it was horrible ... i was nervous enough and he made me feel horrible ... like i was a worthless piece of garbage ... needless to say the interview went horribly too ...

in my opinion and experience ... he is not a nice man ... :(
