Probably more silly than effective, and part of the fun is seeing which celebs you can ID (and if you actually know the actor's name, or just the character). I was entertained.

I think it might be pretty effective. Being entertaining can get people to pay attention and that is sorely needed. People who don't pay attention go to town hall meetings to scream at elected officials and threaten them with guns.
