Thought I would give this a try to see if anyone would like to do it...Someone posted some trivia questions on my message board and I really enjoy answering them and thought maybe some of you would too..So here goes the first try..Have fun with it and I will post the answers so..I will keep checking back to see how each of you are doing..GOOD LUCK! :)

ripe, and the bottle is genuine; it hasn't been cut in
any way. How did the pear get inside the bottle?

(7) Only three words in standard English begin with the
letters "dw." They are all common. Name two of them.

(8) There are fourteen punctuation marks in English
grammar. Can you name half of them?

(9) Where are the lakes that are referred to in the "Los
Angeles Lakers?"

(10) There are seven ways a baseball player can legally
reach first base without getting a hit. Taking a base on
balls-a walk-is one way. Name the other six.

(11) It's the only vegetable or fruit that is never sold

they grow inside the empty bottle. The small fruits are placed in the bottle and mature while still on the vine. Then cut and the bottles are filled.

#9 is Minnesota - most sports franchises started out to the east, and travelled by train....

Actually there are 4 or 5 Dwarf, Dwell, Dwindle, Dwelling Per Webster's 1979 but I would also add in Dweeb.

Bean Ball(Hit By Pitch), Balk, Steal, some form of sacrifice may not be scored as a hit, don't know

(12) Name six or more things that you can wear on your feet that begin with the letter "S." Socks, Shoes, Slippers, strips of cloth, spurs on boots, scuba fins, slime from yucky water, sweat

On a third strike pitch if the catcher drops the ball the hitter can try to make it to first before being thrown out.

#9 is Morris Garage

#10 is the five main continents. Additionally, at least one of each of the colors on the olympic flag is found on every national flag.

That is correct peachey..Desire for more cows is the translation of the sanskrit word for War...
