on my own today except sister is sleeping (working nights) so im having to make do by myself

but usually im very lucky my mum is very cool and she'll make me any food i desire and bring me anything i could wish for waiting on me hand and foot but can be a pain when i want to be lefted alone she'll wake me up when im sleeping to ask me if i need anything :) her hearts in right place though

lisa will give me sympathy when i need it but tease me so i have a smile on my face instead of feeling sorry for myself ... but she'll be the one that would stay up all night with me and hold my hair when im puking :)

Me. Unfortunately, I am the mom...so I am on my own when I am allowed to be sick.

Doesn't it feel like mom's aren't allowed to be sick?

I believe as a mom, we've waived our rights to become sick, or at least slow down when we're sick!

I don't know. I don't notice if I'm sick. Haven't been sick for ages.

i'd look after you all if i could when you were ill :)

i hate being sick :( want my mummy

My mom.

Heaven knows I've called her enough times lately to come and get me. I do so hate epilepsy.

Mother, wife, sister, friends and more friends.

Everyone was there for me when I was desperately ill a few years ago. So much so that the nurses in hospital had to check which one was my wife!

It is usually myself. But, my 4 year old likes to play doctor and makes mommy fake soup and things of that nature to make me all better. So, no matter how crappy I feel at least I smile.
I admit I am a big baby when I get really sick, I still want my mommy to come over and make it all better. Occasionally, she will come over with some kind of a get well care package. I will never get too old for that!

Hmmm I guess it will be nobody soon enough. I haven't really been seriously ill in a while (knock on wood). S'pose my wife took care of me couple years ago when I came down with a Hell case of wlaking pnuemonia from too much work and not enough food or sleep.

Interesting question though.

Normally, me. But when I came down with a hellish case of food poisening a few months back, my 6 and 7 year old brought me water, and cool cloths for my forehead.

Juspar took care of me this weekend

But I miss when my own mom took care of me growing up.. for some reason her buttered toast and personal attention was the best cure over any medicine. :(

No one really right now. Jen gives me sympathy over the phone but that's all she can really do.,

I'm really sick right now and wish she was here :(

bratcat im just sappy because im not well :)

summer and lickerish thats very cute about your kids looking after you smiling can be the best medicine

dusty im sorry your not well jen will be with you soon still ?

Usually I take care of myself but when it was my heart my mom came to be with me when they gave me the test. Most times I just want to snuggle down in bed till I am over it. Being a returning student and an adult that usually isn't an option.

I actually would prefer to be left alone when I'm sick, but my wife often wants to mother me. If I'm sick, just let me lie in bed and sleep or watch TV for a day or two.

Of course, now that I have kids, that's asking quite a bit, so it doesn't work too well, unless I'm really really sick.

My husband, if he can manage to fight his way past my grandmother and my mom.

But I'm rarely sick.
