Who is the better Clarice Starling?

I just saw one of the scariest films ever made,"The Silence Of The Lambs," for about the 5th time and thought it would be cool to have a story with Jodie Foster and Julianne Moore. The story should involve racy dialouge, licking, sucking, AND strap-ons.
