A prize awaits, (not a very good one, but a prize all the same) whoever can tell me where the quote I use comes from!

Come on you lovers of writing, get searching!

Wild arse guesses are welcome too!

Am I spoiling the fun if I answer that? I found his familytree:

LeBay, ?
- Father of Roland. Drunk.

LeBay, Drew
- Brother of Roland that was killed in France in 1944.

LeBay, George
- Brother of Roland. Retired school teacher that gives Dennis Guilder some interesting information about Christine.

LeBay, Marcia
- Sister of Roland.

LeBay, Rita
- Daughter of Roland. Choked to death in Christine.

LeBay, Roland D.
- The man who sold Christine to Arnie. Wicked and mean, but at least he came back to visit Arnie - After he died!

LeBay, Veronica
- Wive of Roland. Committed suicide in Christine.

:D

Still don't know. Was he a rat?

Lou

P.S. Yes, I do know, but only thanks to BT's research results. ;)

SHIT!

I'm fully impressed!

*Yes, with you too Lou!*

That's right, when Arnie, the main character in the film "Christine" finds the car, in badly run down state, that's one of the lines the "old geezer" that owns her comes out with.

Having been very lucky, and owned a few new cars, and currently in possession of another, that quote always comes back to me.

It tickles me with it's coarse honesty too!

OK, the prize is:

The prize is:

*drum roll*

YOU Black Tulip, as you were first, get to post the next teaser!

As soon as you're ready!

Christine is one of my favorite Stephen King novels, except for the Dark Tower series, which no one got me the latest book in for Christmas despite my hints :(

I really ought to drop in here more often.

Did that make me happy! I have been searching through more than 120 ft2 of books, not counting those in boxes all over the house.

"Women on this world are free to belong to themselves", Terrillian Reya

Who is Terrillian Reya?

I don't know the quote but the character is in Sharon Green's books The Enchanted Warrior, and The Warrior Within.

Back to Amazon, I guess :)
