But yea there are plenty of small towns/cities off of costal/bordertown USA that it's basically non existent.

If you're in one of the insano-Plex metro shit holes like LA, SF, NYC, Houston, Miami, Chicago, DFW, Seattle etc. and you can't find SOMETHING?? You're just not looking.
