Who in the world is Miss Universe?

The last time I watched Ms America, ms Louisiana introduced herself with this line, "I'm from Louisiana where we like our rice and politics dirty."

Beautiful creole girl, just a mix of everything. She was awesome!

You realize that was done on purpose for publicity, right?
It's like The Hunger Games.

Pretty plausible, yes. His body language showed nothing in the line of embarassment.

Btw:
Interesting that until the 90's most winners were white, yet over the last 2 decades most of them weren't.
South America seems to be considered the it in terms of good-looking people, too.

interesting that this
once jewel in the trump crown
was unceremoniously sold off
prior to his contemplation to run...

archaic misogyny

that would not play well under scrutiny

as to the who gives a fuck smaller question?
the broad you're with should be your miss universe...

and steve harvey
will probably ultimately be credited with
driving the first real stakes into the heart of the beauty pageant anachronism

if the otherwise outlandish candidate trump
cannot be seen pimping flesh so
in "correct" company

then who can?

the girls were pretty, i'd bet
and the jokes all around are gonna be topically precious

gotta admit,
people are talking about an event
and a host
that otherwise, to most of us,
was a non event
and an unknown host...

harvey is a comedian... he'll get miles out of it

Miss Universe is usually the daughter of some billionaire drug lord/slave owner of the 3rd world (and Clinton contributor).

One of my favourites from the 2014 competition was miss Austria. (originally from Russia). For some reason, Ukraine or Russia made my lists of favs. almost every year.

Miss Universe is someone who wanted to be Miss Universe. They had ambition and guts ... battled through that stupid competition and got crowned ... no more deserving than anyone else who attempted to become Miss Universe, but someone had to win.

Why do people feel the need to say things like that?
When in fact most people who pretend otherwise in fact watch the "stupid competition".(guys: to do… we know what, and girls: for the whole glamour, evening dress competition and so on).
