Who has a bigger sexual imagination, male or female and why?

Tough question because it would be a generalization either way.

I think most would say women because they tend to be stimulated more by thoughts and fantasies whereas on average men need to be more visually stimulated.

If you take a look outside of lit (where most men and women have come here to check out stories) in most households its the woman reading erotica(even if its Nora Roberts sleazeball crap) and the guy is watching porn.

But again depends on the person, I'm a guy but have penned over 90 erotic stories here and have another couple of dozen for sale, so I would put my imagination against anyone's, but the guy next door to me might not know how to say more than "umm, suck my dick?"

I think the head of the nail has been struck. A husband who works all the time allows his wife's imagination to develop leads to her fantasy thoughts and active imagination. Men with wives who have lost interest.. Lots of reasons - menopause, low libido or whatever. The testosterone fueled mind of a man goes into overdrive. The spit may be a litte skewed in the direction of men! Just my opinion!

I would say women. The teasing and foreplay all contribute to the story, rp, whatever it is you are doing. I think leaving off the sex can make for a better encounter. The other person has to either finish the story himself or just replay the story so far. Most scenarios I have had with a guy, they skip this part, they like to talk about sex right off, sigh. This is all for virtual encounters of course. One other point, men always seem to want a picture, where I find that a picture isn't the first thing a woman asks for. We can make you look any way we want, men want to know...hence we have more imagination

You may be right partially, women seems to have it in general.From my personal experience, in absence of other sexual stimuli (porn/visual/audio) men can be as imaginative as women.

I agree they can be, but it's all for the sole purpose of sex, not very imaginative imo. Imagination to me means enjoying the whole journey, no matter where it leads or where it ends. Male writers, of course, break the rules, they are more like women (compliment).
