I always thought that the illegalization of prostitution was a huge mistake and still is, but even worse is the immoralization of it. Like getting paid to do something you enjoy is a bad thing. Sheesh! (And no, I don't. But I have, and I'm less ashamed of that than other things in my life.)

What makes a guy worthy of doing, say, on the spot, or in the nearest convenient alley/bathroomstall/backseat? There's a lot of factors. For me, hotness is certainly among them. I've had partners I hated who were hot lays, so we just fucked, and never talked. (Well, I've had one like that, actually.) HE was HOT. Dickhead, but Hot.

For me, the wallet's not a factor. I never (anymore) sleep with men to get them to spend money on me. (Except for Master, and I'm his responsibility, and he gets a lot more than sex.) More than anything else, I think it's the attitude, for me. Ok...I've got to pop out of lurker mode for this one. I'll help you out Marquis...I've actually gotten laid....a lot, so I can lend some insight!

In my wilder days I never looked for a certain physical *type* when I was looking for a hookup. I always looked for the *bad boys* that I knew were just looking to use me like I was using them.

I tried to use the same criteria for my fuckbuddies but they always ended up being problematic. I told them up front that I was offering them no-strings-wild-monkey sex and they always got clingy after a couple of months. Aggravating men! As for relationships....the few times I gave in to the familial pressure to try and settle down.....I went for the nice, quiet guys. Very vanilla so the family would approve of them. Damn, I can't claim being under the influence of anything as a reason for my ONS's simply because I have not been one to indulge in drink or drugs. So guess the main criteria (if there was any) was a sexual connection/energy, and good heavy rock playing at the place we met also helped. But its the element of danger thats the rush too, and often I was left the next day thinking I was lucky to be alive, and swearing I wouldn't ever do it again.
Sometimes it was a dud and I ended up "putting out" simply because it was the safest way out of a potentially nasty situation.

I do agree with everyone about the confidence vibe a guy sends out being very important.
