So, what are you doing? I can try to help. Not sure I know.
If you click on your "lit control panel" (or your name in the upper right hand corner and then click lit control panel). You can upload an image to your avatar.
It should be pretty small size (as I recall). The last time I did it, (....maybe a couple months ago with an ait) iit took about three days or so for them to approve it.
Be sure not to use anything obviously violating rules (e.g. no dicks, no pussies, etc), or copywrite.
