They are specifically addressing your avatar photo, which does violate forum rules (which JaF0 shared in the post above mine). Your posts would be much better received if they were not attached to a “cockatar.” Avs like that also often get people placed on ignore lists, just FYI. I don’t know if the site admin will address your av or not, but I would encourage you to change it.
