so, today trump retweets a video thanking the inhabitants of 'the villages' for having a golf cart parade for trump shouting 'white power'. 2 hrs. later the video is deleted and the white house explanation is "well, he didn't hear that white power part"... even though the only part you can hear is someone screaming 'white power' and someone on the sidelines saying, "did he say white power? WHITE POWER!"

for a long time i thought that the people supporting trump were just stupid so i had to cut them some slack. i don't think that anymore. i think they're evil. hillary was right, they're deplorable. they're the good germans who saw the the cattle cars being filled and smelled the burning flesh abd said, "well, we didn't know what was going on."

and i think trump will be re-elected because people are basically evil. ann frank was deluded when she wrote, 'in spite of everything i think people are basically good at heart." you see what that got her.

You've got a group of people expressing support for their candidate being openly harassed by a shrieking bunch of harridans.

What is weird about the tactic, is they can't believe any of the people they are shrieking at will be persuaded, nor will any independents. It's just them celebrating being on the "correct" side of the political spectrum. Events leading up to his tweet....protesters were shouting a lot of stuff and calling this guy in the golf cart a racist. The guy responded to protestor with the White Power phrase and a fist in the air.

Trump decided to single that out as a tweet to use for his own purpose. He got what he wanted, everyone talking about him again today.
