I am assuming we are talking about turkey. I find that the dark meat of a turkey has a better taste to it. It also isn't as dry. I heard an interesting statement on the radio today. DJ said according to a study (didn't catch who did the study) 60% of men prefer dark meat on a turkey, while more than 70% of women prefer the white meat on a turkey
