Whistleblower Claims Cybersec Breach

I wanted to track this here as people are sounding alarm bells and I haven't yet unpacked the claims.

What is being claimed is that DOGE officials basically established accounts with proper admin access, logged in and promptly removed security barriers. Then somehow Russia is involved and starlink and a bunch of logins from Russia.

Watching him on Maddow clips, with his lawyer, they jump around a lot, which makes me think this is not what is being claimed.

Either way, here's some basic info - please share updates (without hyperbole if possible)

Whistleblower org says DOGE may have caused 'significant cyber breach' at US labor watchdog

In an affidavit, Berulis said he had evidence that DOGE staffers were given extraordinarily sweeping access to the NLRB's systems, which house sensitive case files. He said that beginning in early March, logging protocols created to audit users appeared to have been tampered with, and that he had detected the removal of about 10 gigabytes worth of data from NLRB's network sometime thereafter.
