I asked my lawyer about my time on Lit. He said they would have to prove that I expose Snickerdoodle to pornography! Which I dont!

Who is "they?" Is they your father et al? Or is they Children's Protective Services (whatever they call it in your state)? Last I heard most CPSs in most states just need a good reason to take a child from their parents, court comes after foster care for a while. Least thats the way it works in California, Kansas, and Missouri, the states I've lived in with my son.

Of course, is Literotica a good reason for that action?

They as in my father! He had filed custody papers on tuesday beating my lawyer to the courts by less than an hour! but his case may get thrown out on technicality. he listed snickerdoodle with my last name not the name on her birth certificate. the child he listed does not exist

Frequenting this site, even if you don't expose your daughter to it, IS going to affect the decision of the judge. They're going applaud you if you post on a bulletin board where parents are debating spanking as it relates to their child. They're going to gape at you in stern disapproval if you post on a board where people spank each other with riding crops.

Yeah, it's unfair. You can be a perfectly good mother and like porn. But life ain't fair.

Get a better lawyer. The one you have sucks. Or come to grips with the fact that you really don't want her back after all.
